Alcoves

2020 | 36 min. | Documentary | France - Bosnia-Herzegovina - UK | Bosnian

A gardener, a farmer and an ecologist’s sensory and personal engagements with the Herzegovinian environment and a French landscaping text.
Gestures and voices interweave a narrative on human imprints in a landscape that both dialogues with individual locality and extends beyond its horizon.
The plow and the camera, like other tools for intervening in nature, reveal ways of perceiving this landscape and positioning ourselves within it.
